KAi

The executive's memory, for their AI.

KAi knows your companies, your household, your contacts and the way you work. Connected to your Claude or ChatGPT, it finds information where it lives, prepares your replies, and nothing goes out without your yes.

What KAi does

  1. 1. You connectSign in with Google, Microsoft or your email, then add KAi to your AI assistant in two minutes.
  2. 2. It recognises youYour companies and offices are found in official registers. You confirm what matters and set the course for each entity.
  3. 3. It reads at the sourceWhen you ask, KAi reads your calendar, emails, files and bank, and answers with the source. It copies nothing.
  4. 4. You approveEmail, meeting, quote: KAi prepares, you say yes, it sends from your own address. Every action is logged.

What it reads in your accounts, and why

You connect your accounts from your KAi space, through each provider's consent screen. You can disconnect any time, in one click. For a Google account, KAi requests full access to Calendar, Drive and Gmail short of permanently deleting emails, solely for this:

AccessWhat KAi does with it
Calendar, readPrepare your day, check a time slot, spot a conflict.
Calendar, create and edit eventsSchedule a meeting and invite your contacts, or change the time, title, location or reminders of an existing one, only after your explicit approval. KAi never deletes an event.
Gmail, readFind a thread or an attachment, see who is waiting for a reply.
Gmail, write and tidy upSave a draft, send an email from your address, archive, label or trash it, after your yes.
Drive, read and editRead a document; edit it on your yes, passage by passage, or, if KAi made it, never sent, by its next version; Drive keeps the old one. KAi never deletes any of your files.

Three limits always hold: nothing is sent to a third party without your yes; no permanent deletion, except a draft; bank access is read-only, no transfer, no order.
