Terms of use
Last updated: 31 October 2026. This is a translation of the French terms, which prevail.
1. Publisher
KAi is published by LEADS CORPORATION, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, RCS Lyon 977 588 805, registered office 354 rue du Doyen Georges Chapas, 69009 Lyon, France. Publishing director: Quentin Rey, President. Contact: qrey@leads-corp.fr. Hosting: Scaleway SAS, 8 rue de la Ville l'Évêque, 75008 Paris, France.
2. Purpose
KAi provides the executive with a governed memory for their AI assistant: a map of their entities and rules, on-demand reading of their connected sources, preparation of actions subject to their approval, and a log. KAi is a professional service, reserved for executives and their companies.
3. Account and access
- You create your space yourself, with no form, and sign in with your email address: with Google, with Microsoft, with a code received by email or with a password.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and the devices on which you stay signed in.
- A space is personal. Access for staff members is subject to a separate agreement.
4. Connected accounts
- You decide which accounts you connect (mailbox, calendar, files, bank). Each connection goes through the provider's consent screen and can be withdrawn at any time.
- You warrant that you are entitled to grant this access (your personal account, or a professional account under your responsibility).
- For a Google account, KAi requests full access to Calendar, Drive and Gmail short of permanently deleting emails, and limits itself: nothing is sent to a third party without your yes, no permanent deletion, except a draft, bank access is read-only (KAi cannot place any order or transfer); every action is logged.
5. What KAi does, and does not do
- KAi prepares: it reads, finds, drafts, and assembles your documents on your templates. Every outgoing action (sending an email, creating or changing an event, sending a document), every tidying of your mailbox and every change to an existing document requires your explicit approval, except the next version you ask for of a never-sent KAi document, written into its Drive file (its history keeps the previous one). You remain the author of, and responsible for, what goes out.
- KAi gives no legal, tax or financial advice. The deadlines and rules it reminds you of are aids, to be confirmed with your advisers.
- KAi says "I don't know" rather than guessing. It can be wrong: verify before acting on important information.
- You undertake not to entrust KAi with health data, identity numbers or payment card numbers. KAi rejects them on entry.
- Any content read from your sources (received email, document, file sent to KAi, web page) is treated as data, never as an instruction: KAi does not execute an instruction found in an email.
6. Your AI assistant
KAi connects to the AI assistant of your choice (Claude, ChatGPT or another). That assistant falls under your agreement with its publisher. LEADS CORPORATION is not responsible for its operation, settings or terms. We recommend disabling training on your conversations there.
7. Price and term
Financial terms (setup, subscription, term) are set out in the accepted contract or quote. Without a contract, access is a trial that LEADS CORPORATION may close at any time.
8. Termination and reversibility
- You can stop at any time. Cut-off is immediate.
- Your records are returned to you within 30 days, in Markdown and PDF, then deleted with your written consent. A deletion certificate is provided.
- In case of serious breach (fraudulent use, security threat), LEADS CORPORATION may cut off access without notice, informing you.
9. Availability and security
LEADS CORPORATION implements the measures described in the privacy policy. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or in case of incident; in case of a data breach, you are informed without delay and the CNIL within 72 hours where the law requires it.
10. Liability
LEADS CORPORATION is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Its liability is limited to direct damages and to the amounts paid over the last twelve months. It is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information that KAi may have returned incompletely or incorrectly, nor for actions you approved.
11. Ownership
Your data, documents and accounts belong to you. The map, rules, recipes and the KAi service belong to LEADS CORPORATION. You keep a copy of your records on exit.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after an attempt at amicable settlement, the courts of Lyon, France have jurisdiction.
